Welcome to Paradise Garden of Hawaii
The PARADISE GARDEN is our exploration of the tropical Hawaiian Islands through the sensory journey of scents. Our islands are as multi-faceted in their aromatic profile as nature herself. There is A LOT more to Hawaii than plumeria, coconuts, or jasmine.
Here one gets an opportunity to become one with the scents of the ocean, volcanic earth, rainforest woodlands, dry planes, snow-capped mountains, exotic flower gardens, fruit orchards, and more. From briny salt, iodine, sulphur, tuberose, ginger, volcanic ash, tobacco, chocolate, pineapple…let your mind wander, and chances you will stumble on that scent here in Hawaii.

The PARADISE GARDEN perfumes take anywhere from three to six months to prepare. Each aromatic blend is held separately to mature and unify, allowing them to morph into their own unique symphony that emerges as the scents coalesce with time. Top note of the essence is blended first. Additional aromatic notes added in each following month, until the “whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts“, and the perfume is born.

1. Waimea perfume
Waimea Canyon is a spectacular beauty. Located on the south shore of the Kauai island, it is one of Hawaiʻi’s most remarkable geological formations. Known as the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”, it is home to many indigenous trees, plants, flowers, and birds.
Waimea Canyon is Merina’s most favorite place in all of Hawaii, a place where she feels most at home. Hiking through the swamps, groves of koa and redwoods, running on the ridges of volcanic mountains, or climbing waterfalls, Waimea is a true wonder. Inspired by the aromas experienced in the Canyon, this scent is a woody, mineral fragrance. The top note is a citrus accord of Lemon, and Grapefruit, enhanced by Pepper, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, and Vetiver.

Middle note: Cedarwood, Patchouli, Pink Pepper
Base note:Vetiver, Sandalwood, Davana

2. Flower of Flowers perfume
A flower by many other names: Ylang Ylang, Moto’oi, Flower of Flowers, Apurvachampaka, Cananga Odorata
The elegant Ylang Ylang “Flower of Flowers” is one of the treasured aromatic secrets of Hawaii. It is noted to be one of the finest aromatics in perfumery, and has been used as traditional folk remedy and natural beauty treatment by islanders for centuries. Used in aromatherapy, Ylang Ylang is believed to be effective in treating depression, distressed breathing, high blood pressure, anxiety, as an aphrodisiac, and considered as a prospective useful plant to agriculture and medicine

Middle note: Tuberose, Hibiscus, Rose
Base note: Champaka
Perfume is poetry written on skin
Roll the perfume oil onto pulse points on wrists, temples, and décolleté. For intimate moments, hint a few drops of perfume on areas of inner hip, thigh and behind the knees. Cup hands around nose and inhale deeply. Savor the ritual by enjoying a hot bath or shower after application.
All fragrance is intensified by the warmth of your own body. Reapply as needed.
TIP: to extend the aroma, apply small amount on hair.
