Shipping and Returns
Each MAHALO product is made to order, for you. It is love that was poured from our hands in to each bottle and jar and is eagerly awaiting to reach you home.
COVID-19 update: it might take up-to 7 days for your order to process, thank you greatly for your understanding and for supporting small business.
US mainland orders are shipped via USPS, and are expected to arrive to you within 4-6 days.
International orders are now shipped by UPS or DHL couriers, and take 5-12 days.
We do our best to ship our orders from the Island of Kaua’i, Hawaii within 1-4 business days. Products are made fresh, to order, for you. Allow an additional 4-6 business day for domestic priority freight to reach your home within the USA, and 5-12 days for international shipments (any additional customs delays/fees are unfortunately out of our control).

Shipping to the US:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the US (takes about 4 – 6 days for delivery from Hawaii, depending on the destination zone)
For all purchases under $150, shipping charge is $8.00
(please note: USPS has increased their shipping rates. On average, your parcel costs about $14.95 to be shipped from Hawaii to the Mainland US. Our flat rate fee is $8.00, and we cover all other charges)
Shipping to Canada*:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $350 to Canada
For all purchases under $350 shipping charge is $26.00
International shipping charge is $34.00
Shipping to Australia is $36.00
Estimated time 5-12 days for delivery. Customs times/fees are out of our control. We do not ship First class mail, as although “cheaper” it takes 7-12 weeks for delivery
MAHALO is not responsible for any delays incurred due to international customs. MAHALO is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes your country may require, we do our best to ensure you will not incur any extra fees. Please review your local policies regarding receiving shipments from the US prior to ordering. The purchaser is responsible for tracking their package once it is tendered to the shipping carrier. Please note that packages may be delayed due to the destination country’s customs clearance procedures.

Shipments that confirm attempted delivery by the USPS postal service, UPS or DHL curries, and that have been left unclaimed by the recipient will be returned to us after set amount of days (generally 15 days for USPS). Refusal to pay international shipment duties will result in your package being returned to us. It is at the sole responsibility of the recipient to collect their shipment, and/or to pay international import duties, as required by law. Shipments that return to us will be incur 25% charge, plus the cost of shipment paid by MAHALO Skin Care. If you would like your shipment to be returned to you, we are happy to do that for an additional shipping fee, according to your destination.
Due to the artisan craftsmanship and the intimate nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, allergic reaction, if a product does not resonate with your skin and/or on used products. Please connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual. We happily include samples of any product with your order at your request. Please indicate your desire in the “notes” section during checkout and we will be delighted to include samples to maximize your MAHALO experience.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Maryna within 24hours of receipt and she will take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. We may request you ship the damaged items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) prior to shipping your replacement Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
