Studio Assistant
The ideal person for this position will function is a time-flexible, need-based support of MAHALO operations
Some Responsibilities May Be:
• Sanitizing and assembly of product jars
• Organizing / cleaning the studio
• Assisting with order packing during busy seasons, like holidays
• Tending to our botanical harden

Customer Service Lead
Currently seeking a passionate and dedicated A-player to join in our customer service support, in the spirit of Aloha and Mahalo (Hawaiian words for love and gratitude). RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- respond to support tickets / emails with passion, precision and urgency (within 1-5hrs during business hours, and within 24hrs-48hrs during off-hours)
- monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on official Instagram and facebook pages with passion, precision and urgency (within 1-5hrs during business hours, and within 24hrs-48hrs during off-hours)
- assist with managing and relaying information between fulfillment team, and customer requests
- generate shipping labels, assist customers with order tracking and shipping requests
- managing/updating purchase orders from the website
- assist in gathering wholesale, press and other requests and passing them to the brand founder, or appropriate department
- keeping detailed reports of shipping codes, any issues with shipments, product defects, customer complains, etc

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- administrative experience

OPERATIONS MANAGER – CLOSED
The ideal person for this position will function as the “first lieutenant” to the business owner offering support in operations, production, shipping and daily logistical needs of the business as well as assist growth and expansion. You will work in the MAHALO studio based in Kauai, HI USA, and be involved in the execution of the day to day running of this fast paced and high vibrational environment. Working from the ground up, sharing in the teams positive and creative skills, the successful application will be looking forward to growing within this role and company. We are looking for loyalty, trust, discretion and a zest for life within this individual. Someone who can think outside the box, does not shy away from a challenge and has the desire to be part of something great, something big, something amazing!
Hours of Work:
Flexible work week ranging from part-time to full time hours given experience and motivation. Must be flexible and able to work occasional weekends and variable hours during busy periods. Ideally looking for full-time candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a stable and highly organized work environment for the team
• Consult and serve as a liaison between our shipping, sales and managerial teams
• Manufacturing of products
• Manage, and take care of retail and wholesale order shipping
