A: Begin with one small pearl and apply to freshly cleansed, slightly damp skin. Massage over the face, neck and décolleté, morning, evening, or whenever skin is asking for more. More is not necessarily more beautiful here. Begin sparingly and let your skin guide you.

Q: Where does it live within my MAHALO ritual?
A: Apply LĀ CREAM after Hawaiian Hydration or another hydrous serum, and before an oil serum or balm. In the morning, sunscreen is always the final step.

LĀ CREAM is complete enough to wear beautifully alone, yet made to become even more abundant through layering.

Q: Does it replace Hawaiian Hydration, my oil serum or balm?
A: Not unless you want it to. Hawaiian Hydration delivers a feather-light first veil of hydrous and cellular-renewing actives. LĀ CREAM unites sustained hydration with nourishing lipids. Adding an oil serum or balm will deepen nourishment and seal everything close.

Choose one, layer several, or change the ritual with your skin and the season.

Q: What kind of skin is it created for?
A: Especially skin that feels thirsty, depleted, maturing, sun-touched, weather-worn or less buoyant than it once did. Oily and combination skin may prefer a smaller amount, particularly during warm, humid weather, while drier skin may happily follow with an oil or balm.

Q: Can I use it with retinoids or exfoliating acids?
A: Yes. LĀ CREAM contains neither a retinoid nor an exfoliating acid and may be applied afterward as the cushioning final layer. If your skin is actively peeling, burning or compromised, pause strong actives and patch-test before introducing any new product.

Q: is LĀ CREAM fragrance free?
A: LĀ CREAM contains no added synthetic perfume, but it is intentionally aromatic. Its green, softly floral and resinous scent comes from bergamot, coriander, frankincense, palmarosa, pine, vanilla, yarrow and fragonia. If you are sensitive to aromatic plant oils, please review the complete ingredient list and patch-test first.

Q: Can I use it right away?
A: Yes, please indulge immediately! No settling, activation or ceremonial waiting is required. LĀ CREAM arrives ready to be enjoyed, and because it is made fresh, we encourage you to begin using it rather than saving it indefinitely.

Q: How do I keep my jar fresh?
A: Always reach into the jar with freshly washed, completely dry fingers or a clean, dry spatula. Do not introduce water into the cream, and close the lid securely after each use.

Store LĀ CREAM in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and the humidity of a steamy bathroom. Follow the open-jar use period shown on the packaging.
