Rosehip
Rich source of trans-retinoic acid and omega 3, 6 and 9 for skin regeneration. Clinically proven to effectively erase stretch marks, age spots and fine lines. Rosehip Seed oil produces the benefits of retinol to an extent, but without the secondary side effects such as redness, itching, and scaling. The beneficial effects of this oil include contributing to its high content of essential and unsaturated fatty acids.
Carrot seed
Is high in antioxidants such as beta-carotene, which is recognized for its ability to increase cell turnover, regenerating skin, and making it effective for healing epidermis damage. The scientific studies have shown that beta-carotene has been found to protect the skin from UV rays, pollution, and stress.
Bakuchiol
An alternative agent to topical retinoids that has recently gained more exposure in the literature. Bakuchiol is a purified meroterpene phenol found mainly in the seeds of the Indian plant Psoralea corylifolia (babchi). The compound has been found to have antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiacne activity. Mechanistically, bakuchiol appears to target several cellular pathways similar to those targeted by retinoids, including the modulation of retinoic acid receptors genes and upregulation of collagen and extracellular matrix synthesis enzymes.
Cacay
Contains one of the highest concentrations of Vitamin E and Vitamin F (Linoleic Acid). But more exciting, is it’s high content of natural retinol, an anti-oxidant known for its excellent anti-ageing properties. It works by activating cell regeneration and helps stimulate the production of collagen, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles to create a firmer and smoother complexion.
